Welcome to VibeMood. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using VibeMood.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VibeMood, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use VibeMood.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use VibeMood. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

3. Wallet Authentication & Identity

VibeMood uses Solana blockchain wallet authentication. By connecting your wallet:

• You confirm you are the rightful owner of the wallet
• VibeMood does not store your private keys or seed phrases
• VibeMood does not have access to your wallet funds
• No financial transactions are made without your explicit approval
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet credentials

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on VibeMood. By posting content, you grant VibeMood a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute your content within the application.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content:

• Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Complies with our Community Guidelines

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to post, share, or engage in content or behavior that is:

• Hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence against any individual or group
• Sexually explicit or pornographic in nature
• Harassing, threatening, or abusive toward other users
• Spam, misleading, or deceptive
• In violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Intended to exploit or harm minors in any way

VibeMood uses AI-powered content moderation and reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice.

6. Account Termination

VibeMood reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VibeMood is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. VibeMood is currently in beta and may experience downtime or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeMood and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

9. Intellectual Property

The VibeMood name, logo, design, and all related intellectual property are owned by VibeMood. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any VibeMood branding without prior written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of VibeMood after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action.
